Created a folder : explore-and-author/bke-module/visually-authoring-ontologies containing a single index.md tutorial file.

It describes how to use BKE canvas to visually create some classes, object property and data property.

The tutorial is tagged BeginnersTutorial and Vocabulary

I'm still not fully satisfied with the dataproperty example because it doesn't allow to properly set a range using BKE

Thoughts ?

Subsequent question, how to make sure the created classes and properties are seen as proper vocabularies so they are autocompleted in CMEM

This is limitation indeed, I like that you describe the "workaround" using the shape forms.
